So I had a tough week… It’s an understatement. I had to call an ambulance. I had to go to urgent care sat in the hospital for seven hours in South Philadelphia… It was just a s**t show! Finally, I went home without being seen I wasn’t waiting in that cold room any longer in those metal chairs I called IV company I started drinking healthy antioxidant drinks. From Youngliving started taking my supplements sitting in the sun, and I am much better no CAT scan no drama all better…

I joined the holistic health plan. I am fee for service when I go into my chiropractor my acupuncturist my Massage place and remember you can go to a spa. Just as long as the person is a licensed professional you can use this. So the day before I go, I make sure I go onto my app I put in my appointment and where I’m going and when I get to my appointment the next day they take my phone. It pays them $175 towards my service… Which is actually less than my service! So that includes my tip. And I am paying 75% less for acupuncture chiropractic massage therapy then I was last month! And I get $50 back worth of my Youngliving monthly order. I just screenshot my order put it on the app and they reimburse me $50. This is a no-brainer! I can go to anyone. I want in any state. I want anywhere in the country.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏. Message me if you go for massages or chiropractic or anything holistic. Because you can be using this and paying so much less than you’re paying already! And there are so many people that say they can’t afford chiropractic etc. now you can! 35 visits a year and it renews every May. So from November till May I get 35 visits of chiropractic… Massage Acupuncture… Whatever I choose to do for myself.👏👏👏👏👏

I’m loving the weather and the fact that my garden is still producing… And I take my seeds from my tomatoes and I dry them so I can plant healthy organic fruits and vegetables next year… Try it it’s so fun to grow your own food… Love you guys💋

So I am so blessed that I live close to an amazing park with gorgeous grass, even though I’m in the city. So I lay on the ground quite often. I will make sure to take my grounding essential oil with me and do the 333 method… It’s very important for me to keep my mind centered. My goal in life is to live in a life of service. So I cannot can involve with any left right up down or side-by-side rhetoric from social media news television shows, etc. I cannot be involved in any of those things nor do I want to so grounding helps keep me there centered so I can work with everyone with everything in any way that I can possibly help. Youngliving is an excellent vehicle to just stay grounded and focused on amazing things that our creator has given us when you pick up one of those little magical bottles you can feel the change as you open it and start you inhale. My neighbors call me, Snow White. I love it. I love all God’s animals.… And they share, the raccoon knows not to come in my yard. But it walks up and down my wall all the time… We only put grapes out for the possum and a little bit of cat food for the two stray cats. Very little we don’t want them lingering and we don’t want too many and we always put water out for all animals., We have cameras everywhere for security and we have birdwatching cameras. It’s fun to see what goes on when you’re not home or when you’re asleep at night.

So I picked my three amazing aromas from my house… And I love those little travel diffusers I put them in my car. I take them when I travel even when I’m going into a store and I know it’s gonna be really busy. I just shove it in my purse leave it unzipped and on low. Because it just blast it around me and remember the more I protect myself with things that help my immunity the better off. I am around people that might have low immunity! A lot of coughing and sneezing going on out there so I smell good. It’s easy. It’s light to carry in my bag and everybody wins!
