Some snaps from the beautiful Nourish & Bloom Day Retreat hosted by Jess at Aligned Path The Aligned Path . She’s holding another one next weekend on Sunday, Sept 27. I can only say that attending the last one gave me the sense of being on vacation for a month. Being among women who are all processing this reality together was truly medicine. Also Jess is my muse.

Always love a trip to the The Twisted Branch… amazing selection of highest quality olive oils and vinegars on tap. And an incredible selection of teas to sit and enjoy outside. Thank you for your bread recommendations too Dawn, will check those out! (Side note, I’m looking for good bread bakeries if anyone else knows of any I should try).
