we celebrate a month of jess be here yoga studio today! 🎉 wow!!

and as we settle in, we start to offer much more than weekly classes — special events! these workshops each have a complete different energy about them. some center on a specific focus, while others are created for a specific community in mind. bethis sunday 10/18 we're hosting oncology yoga, (and kids yoga classes are coming soon!!)

spending more than an hour at the studio, in community and beyond asana, can be a unique experience all on its own. what's calling you?

🪷 yin yoga & acupuncture 🪷
friday, oct 16 6:30pm - 8:00pm

— in this workshop we will bring the perfect mix of acupuncture & yin yoga. you will be guided in a beautiful yin yoga practice as supportive acupuncture points are applied. be prepared to release stress, re-energize your body. if you’re in need of an evening of relaxation & self-nourishment, then this is the workshop for you.

🪷 oncology yoga — $15 donation based 🪷

— oncology yoga is a research-based, specialized practice created to support the physical and emotional challenges that can come with cancer and its treatments. this pop-up class offers an introduction to oncology yoga and how intentional movement and breath can become a supportive part of the cancer experience. the practice is gentle and adaptable, with modifications available for different stages of treatment and different abilities.

this is a donation-based class, with your donation of $15. all donations will go to look feel fab, a nonprofit based in brockton that provides free support and services to people affected by cancer, including care for oncology-related skin conditions. jess be here will match the donations raised through this class, helping extend the impact of every contribution.

🔥 $10 hot power yoga: sip & social | saturdays 7pm-8:15p

60 minutes of sweat-inducing and grounding movement. all levels welcome, but expect a bit of challenge and pause as needed. receive a a cold cloth for savasana, then stay around after for a cold drink, complimentary with your class sign up. something different every week. socialize, sneak out, or sit in solitude.

$10 to encourage community - a major mission of jess be here. come to get out of your own head and get into your body. use it as a healthy alternative to meet your friend on a saturday night.... or before your saturday night out. hey, we’re ‘jess’ here for it all!

a note from jess:

now who trusted me with these big scissors?! Jess Be Here Yoga Studio grand opening is complete!

I often call yoga retreats “my love for yoga and people together” so you can only imagine what this is. this studio is my whole soul in a building. 💚

Lee-Ann Trigler started this community back in 1999 with hanson holistic center. Cara Cappellini and Lee-Ann began whitman wellness center in 2010, where I completed my first teacher training in 2017.

now in 2026, I take over the yoga studio under my brand, ‘jess be here’ as whitman wellness and I share one roof, them with education + treatments, and me all things yoga through the front door.

the torch gracefully passed, and me accepting it with deep rooted gratitude. lee-ann and cara have held me in ways I cannot even emphasize over the years. thank you for supporting my rise. 💚 that’s what we do. we hold eachother in support of the rise and hold each other when we are going ‘down’.

I don’t take the responsibility lightly to hold space for folks in this container and provide space for connection. especially with such big shoes to fill!

yet, my yogic mind knows that well — my shoes are good enough and ready. they have walked me many miles of life.

jess be here is grounded in community and inclusivity, built on the belief that you can just show up as you are. this is a place to find encouragement on your own path and to feel truly supported, a space for anyone to come and just be. this is reflected in our variety of classes, and even $5 and $10 classes throughout the week.
