Please welcome Marisol to Wichita Direct Primary Care!

Hello! My name is Marisol and I am a junior at WSU studying pre-medical forensic science with a minor in chemistry and biology. I am the President of the Hispanic American Leadership Organization and the Vice President of the Forensic Science Society at WSU. I hope to receive my Master's in Anesthesiology before going to medical school! I love working at Wichita Direct Primary Care because it allows me to build strong meaningful relationships with patients. The personal care approach not only prepares me for my future, but also gives me the opportunity to be apart of a team that focuses on providing time and attention to each individual's health journey. I think it's very rewarding to be in an environment where patient care is the priority!

Hi everyone! My name is Mahin and I am pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at KUMC. My goal is to attend medical school and become a pediatrician. I am the oldest of 4 girls and hate pizza. I love meeting our patients and being able to see the impact of this type of care. It inspires me in the best way! I love coming here and getting to help a new person each day!

You have probably seen a few new faces around the office. Let's introduce them!

Meet Anna! She is a student at WSU and is studying honors baccalaureate and biology. Her goal is to attend medical school. Anna has triplet sisters and a Great Pyrenees dog named Aspen. Anna says she enjoys working with Dr. Halabi, Dr. Jacobsen, and Gretchen. "They are all so kind and go above and beyond for our patients. I have learned so much and really enjoy interacting with patients. I'm so happy to work at a clinic where the patients are always telling me how much they enjoy this model of care. I can truly say I love my job and look forward to it every week!"
