whether it is over the counter, or out in the sunshine, get more than you think you need!
🌿 EAT MORE GREENS
spinach, kale and leafy greens are rich in B12 which is known to boost serotonin & energy
🤸♀️ MOVE YOUR BODY
no, i’m not telling you to run 15 miles! stretch, dance, get your energy flowing. a stagnant vessel has no room for growth.
🤪 INDULGE
find something for YOU and only YOU. whether it’s a new passion, a favorite food, shopping… do it. and do it because it fulfills you. focus on being present in this moment!
