The chin filler improves her proportions mainly by restoring balance between the lower face and the rest of the profile and midface.
Profile (the biggest change)
* Before, the chin sat behind the lips and nose, so the lower third looked recessed and the face tilted back at the bottom.
* Projecting the chin forward brings the pogonion (the most forward point of the chin) closer to a vertical line dropped from the lower lip. This lets the nose, lips, and chin read as a balanced profile instead of a nose-dominant one.
* With the chin recessed, the nose looks relatively larger. Bringing the chin forward counterbalances it, so the nose looks smaller without any change to the nose itself.
Vertical height
* Adding volume that lifts the chin point and fills the labiomental area gives the lower third a more defined, shorter-looking structure. It reduces the long, sloping look of the lower face.
* A deeper, better-defined labiomental fold (the crease under the lower lip) gives the lips a stable base, so they look fuller and more pronounced without lip filler.
Overall facial shape
* Her face now appears more tapered toward the chin instead of ending in a blunt, rounded lower edge. This reads as a more oval, balanced shape and a more “lifted” face.
* In the frontal view, the added length and projection narrows the apparent width of the lower face, bringing it into better harmony with the forehead and cheekbones.
Jawline and neck
* A projected chin pulls the jawline into a cleaner, more continuous line from chin to angle.
