🥥 THE COCONUT CULT

Fermented coconut cream + live probiotic cultures = one very popular gut-health find. 🌿🦠

It’s dairy-free, refrigerated, and a little goes a long way. Some of my clients who struggle with constipation tell me they feel it helps support regularity and bowel motility. 💩✨

And yes—the bottle really says:
“ #1 most delicious way to have #2.” 😂

What if our purpose is less about becoming something new — and more about removing what blocks the best of who we already are?

Courage when others are afraid.
Compassion instead of judgment.
Generosity instead of lack.
Love instead of fear. ✨

Grocery shopping with Niki 🛒🥬

One simple habit I use to help fresh produce last longer: I skip disposable produce bags at the store and transfer my fruits and vegetables into reusable green produce bags when I get home.

The goal: more time to use what I buy and less produce ending up in the trash. 💚

🥗 Niki’s Healthy Meal-Prep Hack for the Week

At Cafe Maurice, I get a double order of hummus shawarma with chicken. It’s a HUGE amount of food for the money!

I always keep a glass container in my car so I have one with me whenever I’m picking up warm food. For health reasons, I prefer putting warm food into glass rather than Styrofoam.

Then I stop at Whole Foods for baked chicken scallopini.

Back home, I chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and mix it right into the hummus shawarma. It adds even more protein and stretches the meal beautifully.

Now I have a high-protein meal that is delicious and will last me for several days.

Healthy meal prep does not have to be complicated. It can be DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS, and WHOLESOME. 💚🥗🍗

Same brand. Same dressing.
Very different taste. ✨

Check the refrigerated section near seafood for the small glass jars — that’s where I found the tastier versions. 🥬

🛒✨ Grocery shopping with Niki!

Yes, I’m the woman reaching all the way to the back. 😂 And it’s OKAY! 🙌

🍗 Packaged chicken? I’m checking the dates, comparing packages, and looking for the furthest-out expiration date.

🥬 Boxes of lettuce? Same thing. The one sitting in front isn’t necessarily the one with the latest date.

Take the extra few seconds. Check the dates. Choose the package that gives you more time to use what you bought — and potentially helps cut down on food waste. 💚

It’s OKAY! 😂🛒✨
