Medical Provider Resources (MSSI). KPIVP is a centralized verification service established by the Medical Society of Sedgwick County in 1992. Vicki founded MSSI in 1994.

Medical Provider Resources supports health care providers, group practices, facilities, and networks by responding efficiently to the growing demands for credentialing requirements. Medical Provider Services (MPR) is a new entity created by the merger of Kansas Physician Information Verification Program (KPIVP) and Medical Staff Services Inc. MSSI is an Andover-based medical staff verification company. Vicki Bond is the Chief Executive Officer of MPR. Her company provided verification services to 33 Kansas hospitals.

For a decade, Shanon has brought dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence to our team and clients. Her knowledge and experience in Provider Enrollment have made a lasting impact on MPR and the people she works alongside.

Meet Nicole Spaulding, Provider Enrollment Specialist III & Business Development Coordinator at MPR.

For Nicole, a career in credentialing wasn't exactly unexpected. Growing up, she watched her aunt, Ann Yokley, build Credentialing Experts and knew from a young age that she wanted to be part of that work someday.

That opportunity came first part time, then full time six years ago. Nicole built experience across provider enrollment, hospital privileges, licensing, and client projects before stepping into her current role when Credentialing Experts joined MPR in February 2026.

In late 2025, Nicole earned her Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) certification as part of the very first group to take the exam, becoming one of just two individuals in Missouri to pass.

When she's away from work, Nicole enjoys time with family and friends, home projects, and counted cross-stitch.

We're grateful to have Nicole's expertise and long-standing connection to this work as part of the MPR team.

MSSC President Chady Sarraf, MD, has a column in the latest MSSC newsletter about a physician leadership program MSSC is developing. “MSSC’s program will extend beyond traditional concepts of leadership,” Dr. Sarraf wrote. “Our plan is to expose participants to business and economic topics such as financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, business-plan development, value-based care and other forces shaping physician practices today.” MSSC also is looking at emerging issues such as AI agents in healthcare, private equity and changing practice models.

On June 23, Genn Muzzy celebrated her 5-year anniversary with Medical Provider Resources!

Over the past five years, Genn has been instrumental in our growth and success. Her dedication, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence have strengthened our operations, enhanced the services we provide, and supported both our clients and team members every step of the way.

As part of our ongoing commitment to organizational alignment and strategic growth, we are also pleased to announce Genn’s title change from Chief Data Officer to Data Integrity Director. This change reflects the critical leadership she provides within our Document Updates/Data Integrity team and aligns with the structure and direction of our organization as we continue to grow.

While her title may be changing, Genn’s impact remains the same. She is a trusted leader, a problem solver, and a champion of continuous improvement whose contributions help make MPR stronger every day.
