Itās no secret thereās been a lot of change around here lately. So many special people have been part of this chapter, and with change comes a lot of adjusting, growing and figuring out what the next season looks like.
But through all of it, Iāve found myself thinking a lot about what keeps me grounded.
Someone recently asked me what keeps me showing up and I thought about it for a long time.
You guys do.
Getting to come in, see your sweet faces, hear about your lives, celebrate your wins, walk alongside you through the hard seasons, and help you feel good in your skināit fills me up in a way I still canāt fully explain, even 13 years into this career.
There has been ALOT of change, and one thing Iām learning as I get older is that sometimes you simply have to adapt, keep growing and keep moving forwardāeven when itās not necessarily your favorite thing.
But one thing hasnāt changed: my why.
Iām here to continue pouring into you. To keep learning. To keep growing. To give you the very best of me when you walk into my treatment room.
So while things around me may look a little different these days, Iām still here. Still grateful. Still doing what I love.
And Iām really, really thankful you continue to choose me. āØ
