Hey friends! There have been a lot of changes lately and I wanted to share all the details with you!

I have accepted a position at a medical clinic called Glow365! I’m beyond excited to start this new chapter in my career, I get to learn so many new and exciting things. I will be training on microneedling, Aquafirme facials, laser hair removal, and advanced chemical peels. If you love a standard facial or dermaplane, don’t worry I will still be providing those as well!! ✨

Sometimes keeping it simple is the best! Most of the time I stick with a routine of cleansing, serum, exfoliation a couple times a week, and moisturizer! During the day, I always wear a tinted sunscreen to protect my skin.

☀️Morning routine steps:

Don’t get me wrong, I do love an energy drink every once in a while!😆

If you haven’t heard that energy drinks could be the culprit to your acne, here’s a few reasons why.

**High Sugar Content**
Energy drinks often contain significant amounts of sugar, which can lead to spikes in insulin levels. Elevated insulin levels may stimulate the production of skin oils, contributing to acne development.

**Caffeine**
While caffeine itself might not directly cause acne, it can lead to dehydration, which may exacerbate skin issues. Additionally, caffeine can increase cortisol levels, a stress hormone that may contribute to acne flare-ups.

**B-Vitamins**
