A smoother return home starts with the right support in hand.

Laura Bernard, Regional Director of Specialized Services, and Margaret Loughman, PA-C, Physiatrist, showcase Hampden Post Acute’s new OrthoWin discharge kits, now provided to every OrthoWin graduate.

Each kit includes a reacher, long-handled sponge, sock aid, shoehorn, dressing stick, pen, and notepad. These practical tools can help make everyday reaching, bathing, dressing, and organizing routines more manageable at home.

Hampden’s program supports graduates beyond post-acute rehabilitation, providing practical tools for a smoother transition home.
