For new & returning clients, please take the time to read over our deposits info & policies. Moving forwards, no matter the reasoning - if you have to reschedule within the 72 hour period prior to your appointment, you WILL have to pay another deposit and your original will be void. We have been lenient, because we know life happens and there are circumstances out of your control, but it is becoming increasingly worse & this is how our artists make a living and it is nearly impossible to fill the slots last minute.
