We were proud to welcome the Pennsylvania House Aging & Older Adult Services Committee to Albright LIFE Lancaster for a firsthand look at the care, connections, and daily support that help older adults remain at home.
LIFE brings medical care, rehabilitation, transportation, meals, and social engagement together through one coordinated program. Behind those services is something deeply personal: the ability to keep familiar routines, spend time with loved ones, and stay connected to the community.
For families, LIFE means having a team to turn, to people who know their loved one, understand their needs, and help them navigate care with greater confidence.
Visits like this connect conversations about aging services with the everyday experiences of older adults and caregivers. They give lawmakers an opportunity to see how LIFE works, learn about the needs of the people we serve, and understand the value of care that supports people both in our centers and at home.
Thank you to the House Aging & Older Adult Services Committee for spending time with us and learning more about LIFE’s role in Pennsylvania communities. We also thank Pennsylvania LIFE Provider Alliance for its continued support of LIFE programs and partnership at events like this, helping bring greater awareness to the value of LIFE Program to Pennsylvanians.
And thank you to our Lancaster team for sharing the warmth, compassion, and dedication you bring to this work every day. 💙
