A little pause, a big new chapter. 🤎

As of October 11, Rohlax Wellness is officially on maternity leave as we prepare to welcome Baby Rohl and settle into this next chapter of life.

This decision comes with a whole lot of excitement, plenty of preparation, and some uncertainty about what the future of Rohlax will look like. At this time, there is no planned return date.

While the studio is taking a pause, Rohlax isn't disappearing completely. Keep an eye on our socials and your inbox for future updates. You can also expect to hear from us in 2027.

More than a stretch. Always. 🤎

When I started Rohlax, I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, release some tension, and take time for themselves. What I didn't anticipate was just how much the people who walked through my door would become part of the heart of this business.

Over the years, our sessions have been filled with conversations, laughter, deep breaths, personal wins, hard days, and everything in between. You've trusted me with your bodies, your stories, and a little piece of your lives, and that is something I will never take for granted.

Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined the Rohlax Fam more recently, thank you. Thank you for showing up, supporting my small business, referring your friends and family, and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey.

Rohlax has always been about more than stretching. It's about connection, feeling comfortable in your own skin, and having a space where you can simply be.

This chapter may look different for a while, but I will always be grateful for what we've built together. 🫶

Your Rohlax journey doesn't end here. 🌿

Although the studio is now closed for maternity leave, I still want our Rohlax Fam to have access to trusted local wellness resources and ways to continue prioritizing themselves.

That's one of the reasons I created the Rohlax Wellness Guidebook! It's a collection of local businesses and wellness providers I've gathered to help you discover new resources, find your next favorite spot, and continue supporting the amazing small businesses in our community.

If you've received access to the Guidebook, be sure to keep that link handy! It's here to help you explore what's available beyond the walls of Rohlax.

As for what's next for the studio, there is currently no planned return date. I'll share updates when there's more to share, and you can expect to hear from Rohlax in 2027.

Until then, keep taking care of yourselves, supporting local, and making space for your own version of wellness. And if you find a new favorite through the Guidebook, you'll have to let us know!

October is looking a little different around here as we get ready for Baby Rohl. 🤎 Here’s what you need to know:

These will be our final days of sessions before maternity leave, with Saturday, October 10 being our last day in the studio.

As always, you’re welcome to join the waitlist for cancellations. Just a heads up — there are already several clients waiting, so joining the list does not guarantee an appointment.

Chelsea here — and I have a pretty big update for you all.

I’ve made the decision to bump up my maternity leave date. While it’s still next to impossible to plan for Baby Rohl’s actual arrival, I’ve decided to give myself a little more time to prepare, slow down, and enjoy this season with my husband and our fur babies before our little guy makes his debut.

This decision was not made lightly. It also comes on the “heels” of a few more doctors appointments (hello, advanced maternal age & geriatric pregnancy) that have made planning a consistent client schedule around them a little too difficult to manage. And honestly, I’d rather not have to cancel on someone because I’m sitting in my doctor’s office and they suddenly decide, “Well…baby’s coming today!”

So, with all of that in mind, my last day in the studio will now be Saturday, October 10th, 2026.

As always, Rohlax Members have already received their priority booking for October. Any remaining appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. My waitlist will also remain open should any appointments become available due to cancellations.

And finally — no, I don’t have a return date planned just yet. I want to give my body the time it needs to heal and recover, and give myself the space to adjust to life with a newborn. When I do return, I want to be able to bring my best, fully-present self back to our sessions.

Thank you, as always, for giving me the grace and flexibility to make the decisions that are best for both me and Rohlax Wellness during this next chapter. I truly cannot wait to soak up these final weeks with all of you before Baby Rohl arrives! 💙
