It’s not just the weather that’s changing these days. It’s hearts, it’s locations, it’s learning to let go of what was familiar and comfortable, and taking the leap into new places and spaces where growth can continue. 💖

I know this time of year can be especially hard for many people, with cooler weather and shorter days. And sometimes, when we navigate change or stand in unfamiliar places, reaching out for help can feel hard. I know because that was me and that’s a lot of us.

But I’m here to remind you that it’s OK to ask for help. We weren’t meant to isolate.

Loving Karma has moved to 54 North St., just across the street from Bliss, where my healing room used to be. And one of my favorite parts of this move? I used to look out the window of my old healing room at the very building that is now my new space. 💖

I love how life gave me a glimpse of what was ahead before I even knew it.

I’m excited to share more about this new space as time goes on.

I debated sharing this vulnerable moment because it wasn’t my intention to capture it.

I thought I was simply making a video about decluttering—going through the things that have been sitting in storage for the past two years.

Two years ago, I sold my home and, almost simultaneously, found out I had cancer. Instead of finding my next home, I moved in with my family to recover and I’m incredibly grateful for them and my health.

Now, two years later, I’m finally looking for my next home.

But first, I have to go through everything that got packed away.

One box at a time.

This particular box, that I call “my smile file” was filled with little pieces of a life I’ve lived—old 5K bibs, thank-you notes from dear friends, heart-shaped rocks from adventures, and little drawings my daughter made on napkins when she was four.

She’s now a college graduate. Gulp.

And then I found photographs of my father and me from my wedding day.

And suddenly, I wasn’t decluttering anymore.

I was remembering.

Life doesn’t always take us down the paths we imagined. Sometimes an old photograph or a forgotten little piece of our past can stop us in our tracks and tug at something deep inside.

So I gave myself some grace.

I put the photographs back.

And that’s okay.

As a Feng Shui Consultant, I will never rush you through this process. I know firsthand that letting go takes time. I’m proof of that.

Sometimes creating space isn’t about getting rid of everything that belongs to the past. It’s about honoring what still has meaning, releasing what no longer does, and trusting ourselves to know the difference.

Maybe creating a new home isn’t just about deciding what we have room for.

Maybe it’s about deciding what we want to carry with us into the life we’re creating next.

To all my energy-sensitive friends… I hope you’re hanging in there. 💖 These last few weeks have been a lot.

Between the eclipses, solar flares, geomagnetic activity, and everything happening in the world around us, there has been so much fluctuation and stimulation.

For those of us who are sensitive to subtle energy, it can feel like our nervous systems are picking up on everything. I’ve personally felt it—and as someone who works with subtle energy for a living, I wanted to share this in case any of you have been quietly struggling with anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or simply feeling a little… not like yourself.

You are not alone.

Sometimes we’re carrying more than we even realize, and our bodies and emotions need space to release, reset, and come back into balance. ✨

So be gentle with yourself. Rest. Nourish. Hydrate. Get outside. Breathe. And if you feel like you need a little help letting go of what you’ve been carrying, Reiki can offer a beautiful space to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Animal Reiki is a little different than working with people… and that difference is everything.

When humans come to me, they’ve made a conscious choice to receive Reiki. There’s a conversation, a want, a willingness, a desire to try.

With animals, it’s more subtle. Their humans reach out on their behalf—but the animals themselves always have the final say.

Not every animal wants to be touched. Not every animal is ready right away. And I always honor that.

In Animal Reiki, I don’t place my hands on them unless they invite me in. I begin gently, offering the energy from a respectful distance… allowing them to feel, to sense, to decide.

And what’s beautiful is—when one animal opens, the energy often flows to all. In a home with multiple animals, each one receives exactly what they’re willing to accept, in their own way, in their own timing.

You can see the caution and the curiosity. And then—when it shifts—there is trust, the softening, the love.

Reiki isn’t something I do to them.It’s something we share, only when they say yes ✨

When art and energy come together, beauty and magic come alive.
