Big news for Full Circle Strength Systems. 💪

Mitch and Lacee have officially been invited to the Arnold, and that is no small accomplishment.

In this video, they sit down and talk about the event, the history behind it, what the Arnold represents in the strength world, and what it means to earn an opportunity to compete on a stage with that kind of legacy.

For anyone who has followed Mitch and Lacee’s journey, you know this didn’t happen overnight. Years of competing, coaching, adapting, training, and staying committed to the sport have led to opportunities like this.

The Arnold has been a proving ground for some of the strongest athletes in the world, and now Full Circle gets to be represented there.

Take a listen as Mitch and Lacee break down the history, the experience, and what comes next.

We’re proud of them — and you can bet the work is just getting started. 🔥

Strongman has changed. The competitions have changed. The athletes have changed. And the way we train has had to change right along with it.

In this video, Mitch and Lacee sit down and talk about where their competition journey started, what the sport looked like back then, how it has evolved over the years, and what athletes need to understand moving forward.

This isn’t just about looking back at old competitions. It’s about learning from them.

Training for yesterday’s strongman won’t always prepare you for tomorrow’s events. The implements evolve. The standards get higher. The competition gets deeper. Smart athletes learn how to adapt.

At Full Circle Strength Systems, we believe understanding the “why” behind your training is just as important as putting in the work.

Learn the history. Understand the changes. Train with purpose. Be ready for what’s next. 💪
