I’m in a snarky mood. Here’s my snarky thought:
Most people pride themselves in their diagnosis. Which is usually multiple labels stacked on top of each other.
That’s fine and all, but I think I’d rather be the reason the DSM gets changed because I just don’t fit any category.
That’s something to be proud of! 😂

Attention ladies of all ages.
There are lots of things about being female that you may never find out.
For most of my life I just struggled through.
I just started learning more about the menstrual cycle how it affects your mood and brain chemistry, and everything that you eat and do.
No one ever told me when I had my first period to mark it on the calendar and count the days so that I would know when I would have my next one.
No one ever told me that my mood would change according to which day of my cycle I was on and if I kept track of it I could plan ahead and care for myself better.
No one ever told me about eating according to which phase of my cycle I was in. When I eat according to my cycle, I feel so much better and have so much more energy.
I am just learning these things and I’m not even halfway through my life yet. I hope just this little bit of information and the link below helps you to live a more empowered life as a female, no matter which age you are.

IGNITE was a blast.
Huge thanks to College Hutchinson Campus for allowing me to be part of this event.
It is so much fun exposing people to the power of their mind and to what Hypnosis is really about.
Around 200 kids stopped by my room, when they had over 80 other things to do and see.
Hope I helped IGNITE some young minds and future Hypnotists:)
