We’ll explore all seven chakras, from Root to Crown, including what each represents, signs of imbalance, crystals associated with them, and simple ways to support your energy.

We’ll also do some light journaling, visualization, and finish with a guided chakra meditation.

No experience needed! Whether you’re completely new or looking to better understand your chakras, this class is for you.

Several opportunities to take a little time for yourself, reset, and reconnect. Whether you’re new to Reiki or returning for another session, I’d love to see you!

I’ll be at the Rooted & Rising Pilates Halloween Party at the Matchworks Building in Mentor! Enjoy local vendors, food, costumes, and more while supporting The Community Baby Shower.

Sunday, October 25 | 11 AM–12 PM
Join me for my All Seven Chakras 101 class at Peace, Love & Crystal Healing! We’ll explore the seven chakras and how they connect to our everyday lives. $33 per person.

I’ll also be offering Reiki sessions afterward from 12–5 PM.

For a limited time, add my Infrared Crystal Chakra Mat to any regular-priced 30 or 60 minute Reiki session for just $10, normally $20.

The mat provides gentle infrared warmth underneath you while you receive your Reiki session and includes crystals corresponding with all 7 chakras. It’s especially nice if you’re always cold, carry tension in your back, or just want to make your session a little more relaxing and cozy.
