Throughout my life, my practices in many forms of divination have been a prime focus. My life has been an interesting roller coaster of life experience, but no matter what, it has always led me back to my spiritual beliefs. Angels & Ancestors: An Embodied Journey Into Lineage, Belonging & the Unseen

Join Regina Filomeno, LCSW and Snow Healing Center in Angels & Ancestors!
10/24 to noon
153 Market St
Willow Springs, IL

October has long carried an atmosphere of the liminal and remembering. As the natural world turns toward darkness and dormancy, many traditions make space to remember those who came before.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore our relationship with ancestors, angels, and lineage through a grounded, somatic lens.
Together, we’ll consider what we inherit beyond family stories and genealogy, but also gifts, patterns, traditions, wounds, wisdom, and ways of belonging. We’ll explore how to connect with ancestral and angelic presence while practicing discernment about what we choose to carry forward.
Through teaching, guided meditation, somatic practice, creative reflection, lineage mapping, and simple ritual, you’ll be invited to:
-Meet your personal angelic team
-Explore what you’ve inherited from those who came before
-Create a personal lineage map
-Practice an accessible ritual of remembrance and offering
-Reflect on what you want to reclaim, release, and carry forward
You don’t need to know your entire family history or hold any particular spiritual belief to participate. This is an invitation to explore lineage with curiosity, respect, and choice.
Here we honor where we come from. We choose what is carried forward. We bless what continues through this choice.
No previous experience necessary. All are welcome. Exchange $20
Must be registered no later than 10/22, no refunds past 10/22
