We want to take a moment to recognize the Cape Fear Chapter of the American Sewing Guild for sharing their incredible sewing talents with the Going Beyond the Pink community.

The beautiful tribute flags available at the Pink Ribbon Luncheon were lovingly created by members of the Sewing Guild. Each flag offered an opportunity to honor or remember someone special while supporting a mission that reaches women in our community.

Proceeds from the sale of the tribute flags help fund Going Beyond the Pink’s Mammogram Access Fund, helping make mammogram access possible for women in our community.

We are so grateful for the time, skill, care, and heart that went into creating each flag.

vinaigrette. Overnight oats make a great grab & go breakfast- just mix oats, milk, fruit, and a dash of cinnamon the night before for a quick nutritious breakfast or snack!

✨ CLEAR THE CLUTTER, CREATE SPACE ✨�A Wellness Workshop for a Lighter, More Intentional Life

What if clearing clutter isn't just about cleaning out a closet?

The things we hold onto can take up space in more ways than we realize—from piles of stuff and overflowing drawers to old photos, messages, apps, thoughts, and habits that no longer serve us.

Join us at Going Beyond the Pink for a 90-minute wellness workshop exploring simple, practical ways to clear some of that clutter and create more space for what matters.

We'll look at clutter in several areas of our lives and discover small ways to begin letting go—without turning it into one more overwhelming thing on your to-do list.
