πŸ‘‰ Call to Action: Don't put off your chronic-care follow-up. Staying ahead of problems is easier than catching up later.

🩸 September 24 β€” Blood Health & Anemia

Persistent fatigue deserves attention. Anemia can cause fatigue, weakness, dizziness, headaches, or shortness of breath, but these symptoms can have many causes.

πŸ’‘ Health Tip of the Day: Include iron-rich and nutrient-dense foods as appropriate for your individual health needs.

πŸ‘‰ Call to Action: Experiencing persistent fatigue or weakness? Talk with your healthcare provider rather than assuming it's "just being tired."
