Grown on historic soil. Distilled locally. 🌾🥃

There’s local wh***ey, and then there’s Boone’s Settlement from Regeneration Distillery. Tied directly to our land and history, it’s one of our favorite local treasures to feature here at Mercantile on Main.

With only 8 barrels a year, supply is extremely limited.

This barrel of aged wh***ey waiting on a farm wagon to be bottled, with a John Deere hay roller parked beside it. We are farmers always. We grow the grain, run it through the still and age our wh***ey in Mt. Folly to***co barns. The name Boone’s Settlement isn’t fake! Boone chose land around present-day Schollsville and grew corn there in 1775 and 1776. We grown our grain on this land.

Boone’s Settlement Wheated Rye Wh***ey is rare and only sold in Kentucky. Stop by the Mercantile on Main after we get this bottled to get some. I hear there is a waiting list!
