There are seasons when the math simply ain’t mathin’. When the path is full of brambles, the timing feels impossible; the dark casts out the light and the next step isn’t clear.
So you work. Pray. Wait. Question yourself but keep putting one foot in front of the other.
And then eventually you get the opportunity to look back.
Looking back is where I am rn.
Through the hard, the right opportunities came at just the right time. Paths crossed. Conversations became introductions. Introductions became relationships. Friends became family. Gifts I didn’t even know I needed were given. Doors opened that I could never have opened myself.
None of it was random. Never chance. Purposeful.
This last season required more faith, patience, and courage than I could have ever expected. There were moments I wanted to quit. Times I wondered if I had heard Him correctly.
“Excuse me… could You please repeat that?!” 😂
But He was in it. Every step. Even when I tried to screw it up.
Not always how I pictured it. Definitely NOT on my timeline. Not as I planned or bargained- But again and again, He gave me enough light for the next step—and provision far beyond what I could have asked or imagined.
That’s what makes the reward so sweet.
I can look back now and see His direction everywhere.
Every person.
Every opportunity.
Every open door.
Every closed chapter that made me turn the page.
All Him.
There’s been a lot to celebrate around here lately. It’s all to His glory.
The legacy being built is His. Lord, please help me to steward it well.
——
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in Christ, throughout the generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20–21 ESV
