Kevin has his latest session at 5:00pm today. He went in very sleepy, non functional. Came out alert and talking. We could spend all kinds of money on things that don't work for his Parkinson's. I just had my first Harmonic Egg® experience with Courtney, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It’s honestly hard to even put into words how deeply relaxed I felt. The best comparison I can give is that it felt like I went under anesthesia, had surgery on my brain, and woke back up—but with no pain, no grogginess, just nothingness, peace, and a complete reset.

Courtney’s presence made the experience even better. She is incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, caring, and intentional. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and the person sitting in front of her, and that added so much to the entire experience.

Even just driving home afterward, I felt like I could see the world easier. Everything felt quieter, lighter, and less overwhelming. My brain and body just feel different in the best way.

I went into the experience not quite knowing what to expect but with an open mind and high hopes as I deal with depression and anxiety issues and this is a very busy time of the the year for me. Courtney did an intake interview with me and used the information to select light colors and music for my session. I entered the egg and was reclined into a very comfortable position. I was fully prepared to take a nice nap with my eyes closed. Instead, when the doors were closed and the music started I found my mind racing a bit through all of my to-do lists and what lies ahead at work and at home. It was actually a touch on the stressful side for about twenty minutes. But then, something wonderful happened and my mind and body just fell into a state of total relaxation which was maintained until the time was up.

This state of restful relaxation continued for the next several days, and I realized I wanted to do another session when the old anxious me started creeping back in. But just recalling the sense of relaxation calmed me down and made me more excited to continue for a few more sessions, which I am scheduling now.

On the whole, Courtney is great, the Harmonic Egg® was a great experience, I'd recommend it to anyone that wants to feel more energized, at peace and relaxed. Give it a try. It's only crazy if it doesn't work, right?

What an absolutely wonderful and unique experience! From the moment I walked in, Courtney made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease. You can immediately tell how passionate she is about what she does and, even more importantly, how genuinely she cares about the people who walk through her doors.

Experiencing the Harmonic Egg® was unlike anything I had ever done before. It gave me an opportunity to truly slow down, disconnect from everything going on around me, and just be still for a little while—which is something I don’t always do very well! The combination of the atmosphere, sound, light, and overall experience was incredibly relaxing.

Courtney was AMAZING. She took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her kindness, calming energy, and genuine personality made the experience that much more special.

I walked away feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so grateful that I had the opportunity to experience something so different.
