I had to share this because what she says is so profound, so simple and so easily forgettable. She’s going to be on earth in “6-7” days, and laughs now like we all do lol, and her acceptance of feeling both happy and sad. “Because these are human feelings and this is what we do”. So beautifully and gently stated. I bring this up because I find this being a topic of conversation lately. With friends, clients even coworkers. No need to be completely one thing, one feeling, in one direction … be all of it. We are all children of someone, wearing different hats throughout the day and throughout our lives just trying to figure it out. What if we allow it all ? See the good and the bad and witness without judgement. The compassion she shows for herself is a lesson to unpack alone….. My point ? Rather than judge yourself, rather than have 1 feeling and plow through the day with it and rather than contract …. Witness, allow more, allow all, expand. Allowing is seeing and expanding. Truly seeing is compassion and love. 💕 And as I am writing this i’m realizing that expansion is what is helping me on my grief journey. It joffers light and grace and allowance in a truly profound way ….
I’m not sure why I felt so compelled to share but I know it will make it to whoever needs to hear it 🫶🏼✨✨✨
