Winona ORC Industries Winona ORC is the community leader in providing job opportunities for people with disabilities.

Winona ORC provides job-related skills training, vocational counseling and meaningful employment. Since 1973, Winona ORC has been dedicated to securing work and providing vocational training for adults with disabilities. Over the last two years we have implemented a change in the organization's leadership as well as changes in the Winona ORC staff, which have helped to re-energize the entire entity. Many old problems have been addressed and corrected and new opportunities have been explored, resulting in additional revenue and operational changes that have produced greater efficiency.

We are so grateful to the businesses helping make this year’s Starlight Stroll possible!

A sincere thank you to our T-shirt sponsors, Pieces of the Past, Kolter Bicycle and Fitness, Winona Feed, Seed & More, and Degallier Leadership Solutions. We also thank HBC for sponsoring one of our event signs.

We are getting ready for the Starlight Stroll on Friday, November 6, and we hope you will join us!

This is a night for everyone. Come out with your family, friends, coworkers or neighbors and enjoy the glow, the lights and the fun. All ages and abilities are welcome, and there is no better way to spend a November evening than being outside together and supporting our community.

Over the next few days, we will be highlighting the businesses and organizations who are helping make this year’s Starlight Stroll possible. We are very thankful for their support of Winona ORC and the people we serve.

If you are thinking about joining us, now is the time to register. Register by October 12 to make sure you receive a Starlight Stroll T-shirt. Registration will remain open after October 12, and you can even register at Lake Lodge 30 minutes before the stroll begins.

Jenna is our CBS Employee of the month. Her peers said, "She's polite, always gets the job done, a hard worker, and has a great sense of humor." We had a Center based employee that was recognized by her peers, "She's a good worker, works very hard to get laundry going, and she does her job really well." This person did not want public recognition. We have great employees working in the community and at our facility.
