Licensed Massage Therapist (W-2) — Part-Time to Full-Time

Brookstown Wellness | Winston-Salem, NC$37–$48 per hands-on hour + 100% gratuity

Brookstown Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our clinical team.

We are an established therapeutic massage practice specializing in goal-driven care, pain management, injury recovery, and helping clients improve how they move and feel. Our therapists work with a diverse client population in a collaborative clinical environment alongside chiropractic care.

We are currently hiring part-time W-2 therapists with the opportunity to grow into full-time schedules as caseloads develop.

Experienced therapists are strongly encouraged to apply, and compensation reflects relevant experience, clinical skill, and professional background. We also welcome newer therapists who are motivated to develop their skills in a supportive clinical environment.

Compensation & Benefits

$37–$48 per hands-on hour, based on experience

Scheduling

Brookstown Wellness is open seven days a week from 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.

We offer consistent weekly schedules based on therapist availability, clinic needs, and treatment-room capacity. Current opportunities may include morning, daytime, afternoon/evening, and weekend hours.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially valuable, but therapists with other availability are encouraged to apply.

Part-time schedules have the opportunity to grow as caseloads develop and additional hours become available.

We’re looking for therapists who:

Hold a current North Carolina massage and bodywork therapy license
Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapeutic care
Are dependable and comfortable maintaining a consistent schedule
Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
Are interested in continuing to develop their clinical skills
Value working as part of a collaborative team
Want to build a sustainable career in massage therapy
Experience in therapeutic, orthopedic, sports, injury-focused, or clinical massage is especially welcome, but not required.

The popularity of cupping has exploded over the last decade—but popularity and clinical application aren’t always the same thing.

At Myologic, we’re interested in the why behind the technique.

Our upcoming 8 hour continuing education course explores myofascial decompression (commonly called cupping) through the lens of anatomy, tissue physiology, and clinical reasoning. Rather than teaching a collection of routines, we’ll discuss how and when this tool may be appropriate, what the current evidence tells us, where its limitations exist, and how to integrate it into an orthopedic and sports massage practice.

This course is designed for massage therapists who want to move beyond social media trends and develop practical decision making skills they can confidently apply in the treatment room.

MYOLOGIC | COMING AUGUST 1, 2026

This rendering represents our vision for Myologic’s future education and training space.

Over the past year, we’ve been building something we’ve dreamed about for a long time, a dedicated environment designed specifically for continuing education, professional development, and hands-on learning.

Located in Winston-Salem, NC, Myologic will serve as both the home for our own educational programming and a professional venue for instructors and organizations seeking a place to host courses, workshops, certifications, and trainings.

The space is currently undergoing its transformation, including custom lighting, branding, AV integration, and flexible classroom configurations designed to support a variety of learning experiences.

Planned configurations include:

• Lecture-style seating for up to 20 participants (30 maximum capacity)
• Hands-on training for up to 10 treatment tables (15 maximum capacity)
• Hybrid lecture and lab setups
• WiFi, AV equipment, projection capabilities, and on-site parking

Our goal is simple:

Create a space where healthcare providers, bodyworkers, movement professionals, educators, and lifelong learners can come together to restore, develop, and optimize human capacity.

We will be announcing our Fall 2026 course schedule soon and are now beginning conversations with instructors and organizations interested in hosting educational events in the space.

Brookstown Wellness is growing and hiring 3 W2 Massage Therapists to support our busiest, high-demand hours. These roles are ideal for therapists who want consistent bookings, a steady schedule, and the ability to focus on client care without the pressure of building their own book.

Available Positions:

1. Set Evening Schedule
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 3:00pm–7:00pm

2. Flex Schedule
• Any 2 weekday evenings (3:00pm–7:00pm)
• + 1 weekend day

3. Weekend Schedule
• Saturday & Sunday
• 10:00am–6:00pm

These shifts align with peak client demand—full schedules are the norm, not the exception. All roles have the opportunity to grow in hours as demand continues to increase.
