Thank you to our loyal guest Sherry for creating this image of tonight’s guided meditation and sound bath at the horse farm in Reidsville. It was a magical night with migrating monarch butterflies, curious and playful horses, and a gorgeous sunset. We will be back there next spring.

You can’t think your way into healing what’s
been buried in the tissues for years.
You can’t talk your way into unwinding tension
that was never created through words.

Sometimes the shift happens in stillness.
Sometimes it happens when a hand meets the
body with deep presence.
No agenda. No force. Just listening.

That’s the power of skilled touch. It finds what
the mind can’t see, and helps it release in a way
the mind never could.

This is why bodywork matters.
Not everything you're carrying is
mental.
