šŸ‚ What if the best chapter is still ahead?
As I continue my journey toward retirement, I've been spending some time imagining what's next for RELIA and for myself.
Building RELIA has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Through the years, I've had the opportunity to build relationships, tackle challenges, and work alongside so many talented professionals in our industry.
While change can feel bittersweet, it also creates space for new opportunities, new adventures, and new ways to contribute. The more I reflect on this next chapter, the more I see it not as an ending, but as a new beginning.
My latest post, "Imagining What's Next for RELIA," explores that balance between gratitude for the journey and excitement for the future.

After 40+ years in recruiting and 25 years in histology, Iā€™ve decided to retire at the end of this year. My official retirement date will be December 30.
Supporting the histology community has been one of the best parts of my career. Iā€™m grateful for every conversation, placement, and connection.
As I get ready for this next chapter, Iā€™m also taking some time to think about what feels right for RELIA going forward. It has been a big part of my life, and I want to be thoughtful about where it goes from here.
