👀 **100 bingo cards** printed and ready for B🩷🩷bie Bingo!
And that's just the beginning! Every dollar raised helps the NEMHS Charitable Foundation continue giving back and making a difference in our communities.

🥗 This Diabetes Awareness Month, let's talk about the importance of healthy eating and everyday habits! Making healthier food choices doesn't have to mean giving up the foods you love. Incorporating more fruits and vegetables, choosing lean proteins and whole grains, watching portion sizes, and drinking more water instead of sugary beverages are all great ways to support your health.
Staying physically active and maintaining a balanced diet can help reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes. Also, recognize warning signs like increased thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, and blurry vision.
Small changes can make a big difference over time. Take charge of your health, know your risks, and don't hesitate to talk with your healthcare provider about diabetes prevention and screening! 💙

🧥❤️ Poplar EMS is warming hearts and helping keep our community warm! Our EMS team is collecting coats to help provide preventative care to our neighbors this winter. Donations will support students at Poplar Schools, including older students who need adult-sized coats, as well as members of our homeless community. We're thankful for a community that comes together to look out for one another!

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who came out Saturday to set up trunks, hand out candy, and welcome all of our trick-or-treaters! 🎃👻 We appreciate everyone who took the time to participate and help make Trunk-or-Treat such a fun event for our community!
We hope everyone had a spooktacular time, filled their buckets with plenty of treats, and that the candy hangover isn’t hitting too hard today! 😂🍬

Keep your little ghosts and goblins safe by using flashlights, wearing reflective clothing, crossing streets at crosswalks, and staying with a trusted adult while trick-or-treating. Before digging into that candy stash, have an adult check the treats for anything unusual. Have fun, stay safe, and enjoy a frightfully fun night! 🧡🖤
