Espresso martinis!
We skipped the espresso and made cold brew concentrate.
Ingredients
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce cold brew concentrate
• 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• Ice cubes
• 3 whole coffee beans (for garnish)
How to Make It
1. Chill the glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer ahead of time.
2. Combine ingredients: Add the vodka, cold brew concentrate, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake hard: Cover and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. Hard shaking is key to creating a thick, foamy layer on top.
4. Strain and serve: Strain the liquid into your chilled glass.
5. Garnish: Top with three whole coffee beans (traditionally representing health, wealth, and happiness).
