Join us for a lovely fall day, with a meditative walk at this trail to kick it off. ☺️ The day also includes a light breakfast, full lunch, Dharma talk, yoga flow, mindful art activity, restorative yoga w/ thai massage, sound bath, and free time to relax, walk, or enjoy the on site hot tub!

🍂 K&K FALL DAY RETREAT 🍂

Embrace the changing season with us at our fall day retreat! Inspired by autumn's invitation to let go, this day will include a mindful nature walk and meditation, yoga flow to create space and ease, mindful art to encourage reflection and creativity, and restorative yoga with Thai massage assists to help you unwind and feel deeply grounded. 🧘🏻‍♀️

🌞 OUTDOOR YOGA THIS SATURDAY 🌞

It's our last free outdoor yoga class of the season and it's looking like the weather will be on our side in Millbury, MA!

Come join us at Veridian Homestead (131 Millbury Ave, Millbury MA) for a super fun K&K class with BOTH of us (Dr. Kelly Dowd and Kris Reinecker Collins ) teaching sections of class AND a special surprise at the end! 🤩

Class is totally FREE and if you wish to make a donation to pay it forward and make yoga more accessible, we accept cash and Venmo (no pressure though, it really is free)! 😁

No registration required & class is all levels! Just show up and bring your mat (plus maybe a friend and a towel too in case the grass is wet 😉). All info can be found on our website under the 'summer series' tab.

☀️ FREE OUTDOOR YOGA ☀️

We had a beautiful morning today for the K&K Yoga Retreats summer outdoor yoga series! We have one more date when you can join us before we wrap up for the summer. 😊

Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 8th for our last summer class at Veridian Homestead ! Class is all levels and it's FREEEEEE! We accept donations towards our yoga scholarship fund if you feel so inclined to contribute to yoga accessibility, but there's no obligation. 😉

We just love to teach and provide an opportunity to do yoga in nature while we can, so come join us on your mat to enjoy the fresh air and dappled sun! 🤩

☀️ Outdoor Yoga THIS WEEKEND ☀️

Join K&K yoga retreats for outdoor yoga at Veridian Homestead this Saturday! It's going to be a beautiful morning at the homestead with a backdrop of lush greenery and lovely blooms. 🤩

Class is FREE, however we accept donations towards our scholarship fund that helps more people access yoga and all it can offer to become a transformative practice! Cash and Venmo are both accepted, but please also feel free to join if you cannot contribute. 🧘🏻‍♀️

This week's class will be a slow flow led by Kris Reinecker Collins and and a guided meditation led by Dr. Kelly Dowd. All are welcome and class is all levels! 😊
