The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Workforce Council will recruit PCA candidates in the following towns: Boston, Brockton, Chelsea, Holyoke, Pittsfield, Roxbury, Somerville, Springfield, Worcester

How Skills Trainers Can Help:
If you know a consumer-employer currently looking to hire a PCA, it is essential that they post their job on the Mass PCA Directory. If the job is not posted, it won't be seen by PCA candidates.

Jobs listed on the Mass PCA Directory stay visible to PCA candidates for 30 days.

The Mass PCA Directory is the primary tool the PCA Workforce Council uses to connect PCA candidates with open positions. There are 414 new PCA workers on the Directory.
