October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🩷
Don't wait, talk with your provider if you notice any of these changes:
✅ A new lump in the breast or underarm
✅ Swelling, dimpling, redness or flaky skin
✅ A ni**le pulling inward or unusual discharge
✅ A change in breast size or shape
✅ Pain in any area of the breast
Many breast changes aren't cancer, but they're always worth checking. And if you feel fine? Screening still matters. Early breast cancer often has no signs at all. Most guidelines recommend average-risk women start mammograms at 40, and your COPC provider can review your risk and refer you for screening.
Early detection saves lives. Save this post and share it with someone you love.
