Nourish Wellness was created out of a desire to provide excellent health care. Health care that not only addresses urgent medical needs like ear infections and tummy aches but also leaves enough time to discuss the choices and habits that lead to a better quality of life: your lifestyle. Here you will have plenty of time to ask questions and also learn ways to optimize the health of your family for quality and longevity. The truth is that the body has the inherent capacity to heal itself. As your physician, I am here to guide and educate. I can advise based on my education, training and experience, but I will also respect your choices and beliefs. Each family and individual is different, and we are each on a unique journey through life. At Nourish Wellness, I provide you with the tools and knowledge, and YOU choose what you feel is best for your children and family.

👶 Consumer Reports recommends pausing use of Millie Moon diapers while skin reactions are looked into (not an official recall yet).

Say HI to Josephine!!

Jo Hamlin is an osteopathic medical student in the PNWU Class of 2028 who has spent her life growing up, working, and giving back to the Pacific Northwest.
During her time at Pacific University, Jo conducted research focused on postpartum depression, physical activity, and neurodegenerative conditions, furthering her passion for health, wellness, and patient care. 

We’re excited to welcome Jo to Nourish Wellness, where she’ll be working alongside Dr. Courtney for the next six weeks!

We’re so happy to have her learning and growing with our team. 🌱
