It’s time.

Time for healthcare to shift into more integrative practices for whole person wellness.

Beginning in 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to bring sound into Massachusetts General Hospital, the hospital I’ve worked at for the past 16 (!!) years.

It’s an honor to create moments for my fellow clinicians to slow down, receive, reconnect, and simply breathe.

As a nurse, Reiki master and sound practitioner, this has become one of the most meaningful parts of my lifes work.

I’m very excited to share that I will be sharing sound sessions with participants at the upcoming inaugural The Center for Comprehensive Healing conference by Mass General Brigham this fall.

The shift is coming, and I am hereeee for it!
