✨ THE SOUL KNOWS — Solae Grace ✨
There are things the mind questions that somehow, somewhere deeper, we already know.
The Soul Knows is about that quiet place within us that remembers—who we are, where we’ve been, what we carry, and perhaps even why certain people and experiences find their way into our lives.
“The soul knows — beyond all time,
The reason, rhythm, and design.
It holds the map the heart will find,
The soul knows — it’s all divine.”
I wanted this song to feel human and timeless—my voice surrounded by the warmth of real, organic instrumentation, as though the musicians were right there in the room with me. Nothing overpowering. Just piano, guitar, rhythm, strings, voice…and space to feel.
And this cover feels like the song to me. A woman still very much human, yet beginning to disappear into the clouds—as though there is no clear place where she ends and something greater begins.
Sometimes we spend so much of our lives searching outside ourselves for answers.
Maybe some answers aren't meant to be found.
Maybe they're meant to be remembered.

✨ **A FIRST LOOK AT *THE SEAT OF THE SOUL*** ✨
**A new album by Solae Grace**

This album began with a simple question:

**What happens when we turn down the noise long enough to hear what has been inside us all along?**

*The Seat of the Soul* became more than a collection of songs. It became a journey inward—and then, perhaps more importantly, a journey back out again as a more aware, authentic and fully expressed version of ourselves.

The album begins with **The Seat of the Soul**, an invitation to become still and listen.

From there, **Awareness** asks us to notice what is happening within us. **What You Feed Gets Louder** reminds us that where we place our attention matters, while **What You Carry Into the Room** explores the energy and presence we bring with us wherever we go.

**Your Signature** moves into authenticity—the realization that there is something uniquely ours that was never meant to be copied.

Then the journey becomes more personal.

**I Guard My Flame** is about protecting what is sacred within us, and **My Energy’s Mine** is the declaration that follows: we can love others without surrendering ownership of ourselves.

**Venus in My Soul** reconnects us with beauty, embodiment and the feminine spirit. **Queen of Cups Soul** moves deeper into emotional wisdom, followed by **Intuition Whispers**—that quiet inner voice we so often hear only after everything else becomes still.

And eventually we arrive at **The Soul Knows**.

Maybe that is what the entire album has been trying to tell us.

There are things we don't have to chase, prove or force. Sometimes we already know.

**One Decision Away** reminds us that knowing can become choice. **My Kind of Beautiful** turns that choice toward self-acceptance. **Light Breaks Through** carries us into hope after the darker places we've traveled.

And then comes **Wild Heart, Open Soul**—because I don't want this journey to end sitting quietly in meditation.

I want it to end **living**.

Open. Awake. Free.

✨ **HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT** ✨

Sometimes we spend so much time searching for God, for meaning, for signs, for something sacred… that we miss what is right in front of us.

This song came from the realization that maybe the Divine was never really hidden.

Maybe it was in the morning light coming through the window.
In the rustle of the trees.
In flowers growing along the roadside.
In the moon and the summer rain.
In my dogs running freely and reminding me what pure joy looks like.
In a hand reaching for another person.
In someone choosing kindness when they could have chosen otherwise.

Maybe heaven isn't always somewhere we have to reach.

Maybe sometimes we simply have to **notice**.

One of my favorite lines in this song says:

*“I've been searching for the sacred
While the sacred held me close.”*

And perhaps that is what **Hidden in Plain Sight** is really about—learning to see the extraordinary within the ordinary and recognizing that the sacred may have been surrounding us all along.
