I’m still buzzing from my trip to NYC and getting the Body Processes certification ✨

If you been following this page for awhile you know I’ve tried to explain what I thought body processes would be like, and for not knowing anything I wasn’t too far off… however, it’s also so much more.

Keep an eye for a series coming soon where I chat more about these. Some can be explained and some, energetically, work better without an explanation.

Also- still accepting sessions this month at the introductory rate of $50/hr. Prices will go up in November. This may be the perfect time to give it a try. Link below ⬇️

EEEEEPPPPPP!!!!!!

I’m heading to New York tonight to take the Access Consciousness Body Processes class, and I’m equal parts excited, curious, and very ready to see what I discover.

I have no idea exactly what I’ll learn, what will shift, or what conversations I’ll have along the way but I can't wait to explore what it looks like when I get back!!

I’m back from Greece and officially back to seeing clients! 🇬🇷✨

There was something about the energy at the ancient ruins that I’m still thinking about. Some places just feel different — like you can sense the stories, the people, and the thousands of years of energy that came before you. I soaked up as much of it as I could. 💫

And now I’m home and jumping right back in!

✨ Something new is coming to Reaching Roots this October.

I’m becoming certified in Access Consciousness Body Processes—hands-on energetic processes that work with the body to explore what it may be holding onto beyond what your mind can consciously process. Think deeper than simply talking about what’s going on: this is an invitation to see what your body knows, release some of what it’s been carrying, and discover what else might be possible.

For October only, Body Process sessions are $50/hour. And because I know many of you already love your Bars, you can also add a 1-hour Access Bars (to be used by the end of the year) session for just $50 during October.
