Be honest: how many grams of protein did you actually eat yesterday? If you had to guess, you're probably low. Most people are, and that's the real math problem.
Here's the quick check: take your body weight in pounds, and aim for roughly 0.7 to 1 gram per pound depending on your goals. Then count what actually made it onto your plate, not what you meant to eat.
If you're short (and most of us are), a fresh protein shake is the easiest way to close the gap without the dyes or added sugar. Our shakes are made fresh and built on clean ingredients, so you can hit your number and still stick to your plan.
Tell us in the comments: are you guessing at your protein, or do you actually track it? Share this with the client, friend, or coworker who always says they 'eat plenty of protein.'
