Playing various roles in life, Life has shown me glimpses, that my deepest and most genuine fulfilment lies within the simplicity of being who I Truly Am. In any given moment, to embody and express who I Truly Am, in whatever way it shows up, is in itself my journey and very much my learning in this life. Having a professional background in medicine, I continued on to study and train within various complementary healing modalities, primarily as I progressed through my personal journey with health and wellbeing. In particular, my studies with The Institute for the Psychology of Eating (Professional Coaching Certification), The UK School of Metaphysics (Foundational Studies) and professional training within the Tantric and Shamanic realms, expanded my personal awareness of how I could truly embody this life experience. As a lifelong lover of spiritual philosophy and personal reflection, my natural tendency is to eventually bring everything back to Self.
