welcome to our very own dedicated program to get the kids in farms, between animals, loving them, understanding them and building nurture from nature, Farm friends was built from the need of nature exposure and bridging the gap between our city kids and nature, where resilience, understanding, and compassion is built.
Location: Extreme equestrian events, Qidfa, Fujairah
how to get there: by car, or Etihad train (station is 10 min away from farm)
price: 175per child
time: 9-11am
Age: 2+
What to bring:
water and snacks for kids
change of clothes for kids, and adults (just in case)
swimwear for kids (until the weather cools down more, there are lots of activities that involves getting wet)
your selves and your smiles !
FAQ:
- can i join my kids:
yes you can stay in the farm, observe the activities and even enjoy the animals
- is payment only or kids:
our activities are all kids focused, so yes payment is only for kids.
- is there anything else to do around:
the farms surrounding the area all have either activities, or restaurants, or cafe, our farm also has a farm in it and you can stay there or the majlis to cool down
- can i bring my baby:
yes you can bring kids younger than 2yrs old for free and they can enjoy being in the farm and around animals but not join all activities
Hikes and Bites code of conduct:
no smoking/vaping is allowed at anytime during the activity
no littering (Plastic bags or organic matter, we leave nothing behind)
we follow a leave no trace policy
respect staff and other participants
