Living with Chronic Migraines or Headaches? 🤕

Neck tension, tight upper traps, jaw tension, head forward posture and STRESS are all huge contributors!

Not only will Registered Massage Therapy address your tight muscles and improve circulation, it also lowers your sympathetic nervous response.

When your nervous system doesn’t think it’s actively trying to outrun a bear or fight to survive, you would be amazed at how your muscles respond accordingly 😉

As an RMT, I use a combination of Deep Tissue Massage and Craniosacral Therapy to address your bodies needs and limit the factors that may be contributing to your chronic pain.
