ADHDitude Broxburn ADHD Support Group for Carers of Children with ADHD and for Adults with ADHD We are launching on Thursday 17th March at 1pm.

This Support Group will be driven by the people who attend. As a Woman and Mother with ADHD, with kids who have ADHD, I'm eager to work with other Parents and Adults with this condition. We will grow to better understand what ADHD really is, how comprehensively it impacts those who have it and how we can manage and overcome its negatives and make the most of its positives! We will be looking at Jessica McCabe's 'How To ADHD' Episodes to help us better understand ADHD and to give us a jumping-off point for conversation and support. We have Jessica's full support and goodwill for our Group.
