Skin update ✨
In 2024, I started my journey with RED light therapy to calm inflammation and active breakouts while repairing my skin barrier. This helped reduce redness, bacteria and sensitivity before moving onto anything more intense.
Although this didn’t completely clear my skin, it allowed me to take the next step in my skin journey💆🏽‍♀️

Once my acne was under control, I began my PRP microneedling treatments to target scarring, texture and overall skin health. This boosted collagen, improved my skin’s strength and gave me that healthy glow from within 🤍

Fast forward to now… my skin is completely clear, smoother and more confident than ever😌And YES, I do still have my bad days🤷🏽‍♀️ This journey taught me patience, consistency and trusting the process.

If you’re struggling with acne, just know there is a solution… it just takes the right treatments and time 🤍
