Unpopular opinion,
but our eyes are so full of perfect poses that asana has suffered an inflation;
A leg behing the neck pose could get you students in 2021, now what people are seeking for is real connection.

Let me ask you this.
What is a contrarian view you have versus the rest of the industry, that makes you unique as a teacher?
What change do you want your students to see in their lives?

Content Creation is much more of a powerful tool than you think.
Even the most random piece of your story can impact someone else, and make them feel less lonely;

Sharing your story online might be medicine for someone else as much as it will be for you.

For the past months I've been on client calls with high achieving women: ambitious, strong minded and with big big visions.

The only thing that stood in between them and their vision was the belief that they could half-ass Social Media and still make it happen.

A belief that is just a cover-up for having a chaotic and unclear business, a very engrained Impostor Syndrome and the overwhelm of having to stay updated with the algorithm.

Creating Content is a portal to visibility, it's an opportunity. It is the bridge that will take you from where you are now to where you want to get🙌🏽

We need to stop putting up walls of resistance when we face things we are not good at;
