We've become extraordinarily good at telling women they need to lift weights.
And considerably less impressive at showing them where to begin.
I've spent over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, and I still see women who are perfectly willing to train, but are overwhelmed by the prospect of figuring it all out.
Which exercises? How much weight? How often? Am I doing this correctly? And why does every second person on the internet have a different opinion?
Quite the research project for someone who just wants to get stronger.
I wasn't interested in creating another elaborate exercise programme.
I wanted to remove the confusion without compromising the quality of the training.
Give women a considered, uncomplicated introduction to strength, with proper instruction, a clear structure and somewhere to progress.
Knowing something is good for you and feeling confident enough to begin are two very different things. I get this.
That's why I created Three Times Stronger.
For women who've never lifted weights, and those who've been away long enough to feel like they're starting again.
For women who aren't ready for a public gym
And most importantly for those who are so pushed for time, 30 mins isn't even a frequent option
It's ready for you.
Three Times Stronger is available now. Find it through the link in my bio.
