Healthy and Happy Too

5 years between these pictures.
Countless lessons.
A whole new life.
Looking back… I’m so grateful I kept going. 💕

Welcome to Version 5.0 🥂✨
Turning 50 feels less about the number (sort of 🫣) and more about the woman I’ve become—stronger, wiser, and completely unapologetic about who I am. Through the chaos, the lessons, the heartbreaks, the wins, the beach escapes, the early workouts (and yes, the skipped ones too 😅), I’ve learned that balance, laughter, and protecting your peace are everything.
Life hasn’t been perfectly planned, but every twist, every setback, and every comeback helped shape this chapter—and honestly, I wear it all with pride. Still a little wild, still chasing joy, and still believing the best chapters are the ones you write for yourself.
Here’s to bold moves, deep love, loud laughter, and making this next decade the strongest, most beautiful one yet. 💛

Exist as you are! 🫶🏻

“You’re so brave.”
Thank you, but I don’t feel brave.

I’m not climbing mountains here,
I’m existing.

Existing in a body that
jiggles,
stretches,
carries scars
and softness.

Existing in a body that’s worthy,
just as it is.

There’s nothing brave about it.
There’s just nothing wrong with me existing like this.

👏👏

For too long, we’ve been told to shrink, to suck in, to cover up.
To wait for smaller.
To wait for “better.”
To miss the moment, chasing a body that was never required in the first place.

But you don’t need permission.
You don’t need fixing.
You just need to feel like you again.

So wear the damn bikini.
Let the belly hang.
Let the thighs jiggle.
Let yourself breathe again.

Words matter. 💔
We throw around comments about weight like they’re harmless—but they’re not.
