We are not here to bully or embarrass you – we’re here to listen and move you forward. We do not believe in the macho, grunting boot-camp mentality. Whilst that suits some people, its just not our style. Strength comes in many forms but for us it boils down to commitment, hard work and the right support. We believe in setting goals and we know the most effective way to reach any goal is through a planned, progressive approach. The three core elements of what we do are:
1. Planned, progressive coaching
2. Sound, realistic nutritional guidelines
3. Goal setting
We believe that total fitness requires commitment to all aspects of our physical, nutritional and psychological wellness. To some that may sound like psycho-babble. We know that the best physical result – (especially for fat loss) – is achieved when the mind and body work together to a single purpose. At STRENGTH we’re not so bothered by what you’ve done in the past, we’re concerned more about what you’re willing to put in to change your future, so you don’t have to be a fitness freak to take part. Each of us is unique and the STRENGTH approach is to treat every single person respectfully, as an individual with specific needs. You will be fully consulted and a development plan will be created that meets your needs and plays to your strengths. All we ask of you is commitment and hard work, the rest we’ll do together.
