It's the end of summer but the 'biggest hulahooping weekend of the year' is almost here! 😅
I'm so excited for my little roadtrip on the first weekend of September traveling to Tipperary for on Saturday 5th and then on to Sligo for on Sunday 6th.

It's my 3rd time back at Elevate and my second time at Wild and Well. 2 gorgeous sober wellness festivals, ran by wonderful people and attracting great communities of like minded people. I'm delighted to be part of them both and I love getting to share the joy, fun and benefits of hoopdance at them.

You can now register your interest for the next mother and daughter afternoon retreat
When I have enough names I'll set the date for our next event. Likely late June or July. Looking forward to sharing this life-changing knowledge and wisdom with our daughters so they can grow up with a whole new connection and appreciation for their wonderful wombs and cyclical nature.

I was speaking about this event to someone over the weekend and Síle had been on my mind and in my field more recently. This stone female figure, symbol of the Wild Feminine, fertility, regeneration and protection.... Metaphor for a boundary keeper, fierce rebirthing power and energy.

And how do we embody Síle? What does she express through us? What more powerful symbol could the mná na hÉireann have to lean on in these times? What can she teach us today? Beannacht na Broinne is my online offering I offer at specific seasonal turns of the year. It's simple and gentle yet potentially profound. Through connection, breath, massage and ritual we tend our bellies and bless our wombs.

It's only €25 so it's an easy yes. Even if you only make one or 2 live sessions you'll receive value... If you can make all 4 & partake in the private what's app group you'll receive much more. The bluebells are out and they're bringing so much joy.

Walking in the woods regularly with little children, we receive the gifts of witnessing Spring arrive slowly at first, before bursting through fully with green carpets and yellow flowers... And then... the beautiful bluebells. The colour palette of a woodland in Spring is stunning.

It's special to observe the children explore and notice nature's display of colour and new life... Watching their busy hands collecting bluebells and making fairy gardens. But as an adult I feel a similar sense of awe, appreciation and renewal in the beauty of the woods.

These cycles and seasons of nature. Reminders of our own cyclical nature. Spring mirrors our follicular phase. New growth, rising energy, vibrant potential, unfolding beauty. Nature is beautiful.

Just some thoughts... No offering to share or engagement attempts....

It's FINALLY starting to feel like Spring and that means the summer season of hooping isn't far away.

Starting to book in a couple of festivals now and looking forward to bringing back hoopdance classes on Lahinch beach. Also available for private events and hen parties if you're looking to add some playful fun to your group experience.
