Our expert medical team is led by Nancy Block, RN and Mark Silverberg, MD, who together have over 50 years of experience in third-party reproduction and medical records review. Nancy is a fertility nurse and two-time surrogacy agency owner; she has helped over 3,000 Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers successfully navigate the surrogacy process. Dr. Silverberg is a board-certified physician with 34 years of experience in medical records review and summary of patients from many specialties, including Obstetrics & Gynecology.

🔹FAST turnaround time for summaries, within 10 business days.
🔹We also offer a RUSH SERVICE, 24-48 hours.
🔹Once our report is generated the product is yours to utilize. The organized summary and reporting can be sent directly to coordinators at the Fertility Center or Surrogacy Agency to contact the Intended Parents and Surrogate for next steps.
